Residence Inn by Marriott Merida

I am kind of disappointed from my last stay. Every time I go back there, they management cut down something. Only a couple of bottle water for the whole stay??? Also there was no hot water in the shower. Other than that it's okay for a couple of days.

Safe area, walking distance to the Shopping Mall, great staff, familiar hotel layout as my other Residence Inn by Marriott.

Staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. If we didn’t have something we called the front desk and received it within minutes.The pool was very nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Will choose the same hotel to stay in for next vacation

i always have a good experinece at marriot properties. brand is well maintained. i loved the room interiors and really enjoyed the room. service was fabulous, except for checkin where i was told that the laundry room is in the basement (there wasnt any, it was on the ground floor). Awesome as well to have 24/7 laundry service. on check out i forgot a couple of items, and i was able to retrieve them a couple of days later, they werent stolen! Thank you Marriott for making my stay so pleasant. only thing that could improve is the emf radiation (registered very high all over the room) and the lack of dish rack.
