I would not recommend for anyone who has decency about themselves to invest in this! Honestly, if I wasn't homeless and in need of somewhere to stay without being on the streets .

The house smell, stale, uncomfortable AC was not working properly

The room has no privacy, to leave everyone must walk beside the bed to the front door. The window air conditioning unit was not very effective and I sweated throughout the 3 hours I stayed. After getting bit by a flea I decided it would be better to sleep in my car.

Mark was very nice and understanding about our late flight. If I’m ever in Cocoa, FL I’ll be here again! Thank you!!

The bed-room is actually the living room divided by an iron frame cover with plastic bags. The mattress of the small sofa needs to be replaced as soon as possible, I still have pain on back! John & Mark are both nice guys! Ahh the bathroom face-basin needs to be replaced immediately.
