Parking big problem we paid for towing company 200$for my car

Close to nature, spacious, helpful staff, quiet place to relax. City center nearby by car.

Property was in a nice quiet corner, within easy walking distance into Whistler, gondolas and the lost lake. Parked the car in the garage and didn't use it all trip. Very clean with plenty of kitchen equipment incl paper towel, dishwasher tablets, plenty of crockery. Lovely décor.

Only issue I have is there are no draws or shelves within the wardrobe to put your clothes away in. And only shampoo in the bathrooms, no conditioner or shower gel .

It was closw to the attractions.

NO aircondition, rooms and living room were vwry hot. couldn't sleep even with the fan provided.

The property was nice enough, but it wasn’t particularly clean and overall felt a bit tired considering how much it cost a night

There was hair left stuck to the shower wall. The toilet brush holder was absolutely disgusting. The duvet cover was ripped. The TVs didn’t work. I asked for a clothes hanger or something so we could dry clothes on but no one got back to me. And there were no pots and pans in the kitchen, so wasn’t fully functional

Location and space in the appartment.

Nothing except that on the morning of departure our car was removed. I just too early removed the tag for the parking lot and half an hour later, the car was already removed. Be aware to return the tag as late as possible. Free parking is a big plus though

Modern finishes, spacious, good Wifi

Glass railings were dirty. Bedding on the queen was stained, as were towels & kitchen dish clothes.

The location, comfort and ammenities were great.

A rack for drying ski gear that can’t go into the drier would be great. Also washing powder. The property was very expensive so these sorts of things should be supplied.
