Buen trato al cliente de parte del personal de recepción..comodidad, limpieza.,ubicación.recomendable..

Creo que no es necesario mantener en la habitación una butaca en evidente deterioro..mi recomendación es sustituirla o retirarla..

The front desk guy two days later when I return for my deposit accused me of smoking in the room which is not true he just wanted to keep my money I feel like

Had to leave a 100. Deposit to get it back it takes 3 to 7 business days, they took it immediately it should be returned immediately.

The lady when I checked in was super friendly and helpful when I was already exhausted from working all day and then making the drive to the hotel.

on my last night I ran into a heavier set white man who was extremely rude to me and ask me what room number I was in and watched me as I took my dog out to use the restroom like I was not allowed to be there or something.
