I had a great stay at WoodSpring Suites and wanted to highlight how much of a difference the new management has made. From the moment I checked in, everything felt more organized, welcoming, and professionally run. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a stress-free stay. The common areas were also well-kept, which really shows the attention to detail the new team is putting in. The biggest standout, though, was the management and staff. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. You can tell they take pride in making sure guests have a good experience, and it definitely shows. Overall, WoodSpring Suites has really stepped things up. With the new management in place, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Ilene and Daniel at the front office. Both of them were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Ilene made check-in smooth and efficient while ensuring all my questions were answered with a friendly attitude. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and promptly assisting with anything I needed. Their positive energy and dedication to great customer service truly stood out and made my stay much more enjoyable. It’s clear they both take pride in their work and genuinely care about guests. I highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Ilene and Daniel for their outstanding service!

This place is absolutely magical! I would recommend to all my people that have to travel to California! We stayed for a week an they gave us a late check out! They made us feel like family! A home away from home will be back in June! Have our room ready! Daniel is an absolute gem and cant wait to see him again!

This was a great location and with the manager Daniel and co manager Savannah I felt safe and comfortable the place was cleaned and the environment was comfortable I would go back forsure

they accommodated all my needs, Daniel has been extremely helpful during this hard situation I’m going through , front desk lady name Ilene she has been the sweetest person and made check ins go as smooth as possible

Close to freeway and restaurant to eat

Don’t issue pots and pans ,the check in was delayed and the staff is not friendly.

Everything sucked staff rooms had roaches burnt marks on the tub dirty under fridge and cabinets falling apart windows didn't even open smelled like mold
