Other people were nice enough or other members who were managers before this one BUT THIS NEW GENERAL MANAGER IS NOT NICE THEY CHARGE YOU $3 each time you wanna get towels for your room and they put it on your account basically they charged me for giving me towels it supposed to be Free YOU SHOULD PAY ONLY YOUR STAYING DAYS NOT CHARGE YOU FOR TOWELS ! I think this manger NAME : Daniel Moran I think he should be NOT HERE and more THEY GIVE YOU DIRTY TOWELS AND I MIGHT ASSUME THAT THEY DO NOT CHECK BEFORE GIVING IT TO YOU !! and I can’t complain but some of the cleaning people are nice enough to give you things you need

I had a very frustrating experience staying at WoodSpring Suites Colton and would not recommend this location. I booked and prepaid for my stay through Expedia with no issues on my end. At check-in, the hotel charged a $100 deposit for incidentals, which is standard. However, at checkout, I was told the hotel had only received $4 from Expedia and that they might keep my $100 deposit unless additional payment was collected. This is completely unacceptable. I already paid in full through Expedia, and any billing issues between the hotel and Expedia should never fall on the customer. Holding a deposit meant for damages as leverage for their internal billing problem is unprofessional. I contacted Expedia, and they confirmed they reached out to the hotel and resolved the issue, stating the hotel had outdated or incorrect billing information on file. Again, this was entirely a hotel-side issue. Despite that, it has now been four days since checkout, and my $100 deposit is still pending and has not been released. I have also tried calling the hotel multiple times with no answer. On top of the billing problems, the overall stay itself was disappointing. The cleanliness was below standard—towels had visible stains, there was sticky residue on surfaces like counters and light fixtures, and the room did not feel properly cleaned. The AC unit was loud and disruptive, and the bed was uncomfortable. Customer service was also lacking. The front desk employee, Aaron, was not helpful in resolving the situation or providing any reassurance. Overall, this stay was a headache from start to finish. Between poor cleanliness, unresolved billing issues, and lack of communication, I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.

We came here with our university orchestra tour. The staff was friendly and gave us a thank you gift when we left! Good location, and pleasant time.

Bad. Chud. Dirty. Cockroaches everywhere. Found a fry on the ground when we checked in. Make sure to bring shoes to wear because the floor is dirtier than the streets of New York. Very unsatisfied. One positive: the water pressure is really nice. But you gotta shower with cockroaches.

Had a great stay at this location. I kept losing my key, and Richard at the front desk was very kind and re-activated a new key for me. Anything that we needed, they were very accommodating. A good place to stay at a good rate.
