I never leave bad reviews but I did not like anything about this stay, this place is infested with prostitution, these are the type of rooms you book by the hour (if you know what I mean) the rooms are smelly, sheets and comforters are burned and stained (in a non-smoking room) the bed are super hard and uncomfortable, white towels are stained. Maintenance lady that was working on the morning of December 11th was super rude. I had a 3 night stay with 2 people on my reservation and their “standard” is 1 wash towel per room?!? She refused to give me another towel and starting talking trash like I couldn’t hear her, however the front guy in front service made things right and gave me one, he was great his kindness was probably the best thing about this place. I would not even recommend this place to the homeless. Please take your money a few steps down the street to Palace Inn. The rooms are clean and the staff (including housekeeping) is amazing!

cockroaches in the room. I really don't care because wherever you go you will always find these insects. Only the sheets looked very old and worn. they should remodel this place
