The apartment was fully equipped, and the neighborhood was pretty and quiet and close to bus/tram stops. The sauna was an amazing addition to the stay!

It wasn't easy to locate the keys, I think the instructions should be sent the previous day so that someone doesn't have to go through them last minute while freezing outside.

Sauna was good! And for studio there is very good kitchen hood.

It is cold inside the apartment.

The house was very cold. There were not enough beds for a family of four. Als the couch was not suitable for sleping.There must be 4 bads. Kitchen supplies were not enough.

There was sufficient space for 4 people. A sofa-bed & 3 single bed were provided for 4 of us. A variety of amenities and utensils were provided. There is a bidet and sauna in the bathroom 😀 The apartment is not located in the city centre but it is accessible by the tram, which is around 5 minutes walk. We had no problems with check-in & able to access the physical key from the key box (there is no more Pindora lock for this apartment). We had no issues during our stay and able to communicate to host easily on Booking.com app.

Cleanliness of the apartment could be improved especially the surfaces of the tables.

A comfortable and clean apartment, owners provided with everything needed for a living and were always in touch. We liked everything, but couldn't get TV to work

The apartment is located outside of the busiest part of the town, in a relatively calm neighbourhood, but very close to a tram stop, which is very convenient. We could easily hop on the tram to go to the town centre or further out to the uni district.

The windows of the apartment opened to a busier street, so traffic was a but noisy at times, sometimes even later in the evening. If traffic noise bothers you, this might not be the ideal place.

Ihan kiva ja siisti paikka perheelle, sauna plussaa.

Ensinnäkin huonevaraus vaihtui alkuperäisestä varauksesta päivää ennen, pienempään yksiöön, jossa 2 sänkyä ja levitettävä vuodesohva. Siisteys kohteessa todella huono, niin likaisen koirankopin haju asunnossa, todella likainen vuodesohva ja pahalta haisevat matot. Tuuletus ei auttanut, rullattiin matot pois ja siirrettiin ne saunaan, joka hieman auttoi ja pystyttiin turnaukseen osallistuvien urheilevien lasten kanssa nukkumaan yöt. Siivousvälineitä ei ollut kuin imuri, jossa pölypussi täynnä ja todella haiseva, joten sen avulla mattojen poiston jälkeen saatiin vähän imuroitua.. mm. Pesuhuoneesta pölypallot pesukoneen takaa. Eli siivoustaso todella heikko!!! Muuten varustetaso suht OK. Emme ole allergisia, itsekin koiraihmisiä, nyt eivät omat lemmikit olleet mukana, mutta lemmikkiystävällisyyskään ei tuossa kohteessa toteudu. Olisi jopa riski myös lemmikille!
