Comfortable , clean, spacious and had the little extra touches that are not common anymore in these kind of rentals- little bag of coffee, towels, soap- as I was arriving late with little kids this was appreciated

We are not staying at Hissi Homes Tampete Muotiala for the first time. We are satisfied with the location, cleanliness, amenities.

It is a tiny but really welcoming apartment. It has all that is needed.

Maybe the location is not ideal, but there is a streetcar pretty close.

The apartment is located near a tram station. I am a visting scholar at Tampere University (original TUT), and the apartment is at the middle point between the city center and the TUT. Therefore, the traffic is convenient. The house appliances are sufficient for a comfortable life. In particular, there is an oven, which can enhance the comfortabilty a lot when you fry beef or shrimp in a rainy day. I will remember the forty days stay.

The staff is not enough for urgent request, which however is not critical because the labour cost in Northen Europe is quite expensive.

An excellent location for easy access. It was really easy to get into and out of the centre of Tampere using the tram. It was only a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and the trams were clean, comfortable and frequent. A good, clean property, and as described. The sauna in the bathroom was great! The property was an apartment in the middle of a housing block comprising both local residents and visitors in the same block, and the area was very quiet. This might make it unsuitable for noisy holidaymakers, but it was good to get a feel for local living and good for families. The people on the phone and online were helpful and friendly.

There are a number of different properties here, and there is no one at the location to help in case of a problem - although there is a 24 hour phone line to contact. For our specific property: The door lock didn't work properly, so thank goodness there was a lock key box backup option! We had to call to get instructions on how to get this. The sofa (sofabed) was very uncomfortable to sit on (hard back at top), but OK for sleeping on. The weather was very hot for Finland (21-22C most days, but up to 29C), so it was difficult to keep cool at night (the windows were very small, and when opened caused the internal doors to rattle throughout the night).
