No keys. Called front desk to change rooms. Put me on hold for 10 minutes and when went down to lobby was doing something else. Senior manager was there and said would call me back to organize room change, she never did after promising me she would. Ended up staying at another hotel - didn’t even refund me. Poorly run hotel.

Great experience at check in. They were fast, helpful and offered us a glass of sparkling wine. The Libby is nice, and the rooms are nice & clean. My only complaint is how loud it was on Friday & Saturday nights with the cars driving in front of the hotel. These rooms are not sound proof. It was loud up until midnight….so bring earplugs.

Stayed here for our Wedding and Latrice made us feel so amazing and appreciated. Not only did she allow us to check in early she took the time to write us an amazing congratulations card as well as sent wine and cheese charcuterie board to our room. Our special day was even better thanks to Latrice.

When I checked in, I was giving a room key but told nothing of service or the hotel. I later noticed people being offered champagne on check in. I had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor which were suites and only from another guest was I informed that there was a free snack room on the floor. Very poor hotel check in.
