The view was the best part.. bay front

The carpet was pretty dirty. Housekeeping is not a daily thing . Some of the staff were very nice but there was some who did not make it feel as welcoming. Overall, not terrible but definitely too expensive for what it is.

Ladies at check-in and checkout were great and very accommodating. Maintenance was great as well

Maybe update furniture in the rooms and clean carpets in the hall ways. Didnt like having to put room key in pocket to activate lighting but understand the reasoning but still a bit inconvenient. Did not like the lady bartender at the lower floor level bar while we were there; she was not very friendly when we used our drink vouchers.
