There is NO breakfast. Bed Bugs. Lazy and dishonest front desk staff (only 2 so far.) No maid service period until after check out including 11 nights. $100 deposit towards any damage caused to room. LOL Screaming kids ALL night long. Some guest totally disrespected for NO cause. The people I liked the most were the Maids and Maintenace. They are the nicest people. You have to turn in your dirty linens to get a fresh towel. they inly put 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 bathroom floor towel. LOL No hand towels. Must turn in empty toilet paper roll to get another rool. Seriously, are we all 4 years old??

Seeing how my wife and myself are both highly disabled I request a handicap room. We were given a room on 4th floor. My wife got stuck in the elevator first night , front desk wouldn’t change to lower floor since we can’t do stairs and elevator was put out of order
