I was kicked out for something that didn't have to do with me after paying for a week . The general manager Todd flat out told me the money I paid for a week I wasn't going to get a refund

"Horrible"

Nothing! The hotel look fine on the outside but room are horrible, they should clean more, there was roaches the size as my husband and he is 6 foot 4 inchs do not recommend

Anything, bed, tv and applaince are very old, The cleaning lady was really nice.

Price and location

Room was dirty. Floors were not mopped well. Blood drops on the bathroom floor. Kitchen had nothing stocked (dishes, flatware, coffee pot, etc...)

"Good quality, comfy and clean"

The location was great. It was easy to get Amazon packages delivered to the front desk. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice kitchen area and security features on the door to keep it from being pried open.

Our window blinds were broken and raised too high so people in the parking lot could possibly look into the room. The water was just hot enough for a shower. The internet didn't work most of the time, but I had a hotspot on my phone. No stairs next to the elevator in the center of the building so to use the stairs a guest has to walk to the end of each side of the building. Ice machines would have been nice. The vending machine took my money and didn't give me a water. All small things, but the stay was still well worth it.

Good location to UCF. Price was good. Receptionists were friendly and nice.

Building stunk like Pot from the minute we walked in. Beds were very rickety. Toilet seats were too low. There was a red/orange stain in the freezer. Not understanding why there was a $100 deposit and why it takes 3 to 4 days to come back to my checking.

"The experience was really really bad. I have a case number and I want my money back my deposit."

Nothing they kicked us out lying saying that we were smoking in the room and we wasn’t and they charged us a extra deposit for nothing

I hated the experience they get over people I want my deposit back. They went inside me and my fiancé’s account without a permission and took 250 from my account.
