Bed has a big hole in it, toe nails and looks to be public hair in the bathrooms and stuck to the wash clothes not clean

The general manager is rude . What's to raise his voice yelling having an attitude although I never raised my voice no gave him a nasty attitude . I asked about a balance that I apparently owed and he had no answer . Instead of trying to explain he raises his voice. I tell him no need to get loud and have an attitude although. As he's yelling he states you're not listening. I told him someone needs to tell me why I'm charged this . He then proceeds to state he's the GM which in response I said well that makes it worse as a Gm to have an attitude and yell. He tells me he's gonna take the charge off but I need to check out . If the GM has that great customer service I can only imagine his staff. Although his employee Stella was amazing !!!

Floor was dirty

Room was NOT clean. There was a very strong smell of weed in common areas. Linen wasn’t washed (seemed previously used with hair and dirt). One lady at the front desk was extremely rude and had an attitude towards guests. I will not stay here EVER again and will not recommend it.

The front desk staff were so helpful.
