Grand Surma Hotel

Room, bathroom are all unclean. Staff behavior is also not up to expectations. There was no freedom for the guests at the buffet. Total service was not good.

First of all I say ,if u think you stay their hotel & if you young couple so you must be show your marriage certificate marriage photos, family photos and both person nid card.i think this rules very disappointed but nid card its ok.this is their big negative side .but their service ,room interior ,staff behaviour good

রুম এবং খাবার ঠিকঠাক ছিলো ।

খুবই খারাপ একটি অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছে । বুকিং ডট কম আমাকে মেইল করে একটি টোটাল প্রাইস দিয়েছে আর হোটেল থেকে দেখিয়েছে তার চেয়ে বেশি + রিসিপশন ম্যনেজার আমাকে বলেছে ডলার এক্সেন্জ রেট নাকি বিভাগ ভেদে কম বেশি হয় দেশ ভেদে নয় । অর্থাৎ বাংলাদেশের ৮ টি বিভাগে ডলারের ভিন্ন ধরনের রেট থাকবে(হাস্যকর) । বিভিন্ন ডলার এক্সেন্জ কম্পানি যেখানে ডলার প্রতি ৮৫-৯০ টাকা রেট দিচ্ছে সেখানে হোটেল থেকে ১০২ টাকা রেটে হিসাব করে আমার বিল ইস্যু করেছে । বি:দ্র: গত মাসে একই রুম, একই ডিসকাউন্ট পাওয়ার( সবসময় আমি বুকিং ডট কম থেকে একটি জিনিয়াস ডিসকাউন্ট পাই ) পরে ১৩৭০ টাকা বিল করেছে আর এই মাসে একই প্যকেজে ১৭১১ টাকা বিল করেছে । টাকাটা সমস্যা না, সমস্যাটা স্বচ্ছতার এবং কাস্টমার সেটিসফেকশনের ।
