Nice place, but what happened with service? It takes about 10 minutes to order something, because waiter needs to check every question in the kitchen. But for the food is great, worth to try. Price is about average

Simple and good. An address like the others on this beach invades for the tables and the chairs of this succession of terrace. Here it is more Sri Lanka but a tourist area. we think we are in thailand.

My husband and I ate at lucky tuna on our last night in Sri Lanka. I wish we discovered it sooner. The Groupa was delicious, the 'secret' sauce the prawns were cooked in was out of this world! Really lovely evening eating out on the beach with live music in the background.

We have eaten here before on two occasions and thought it was great. We visited on Tuesday and it was a big disappointment. The flavour of the curry was good but there was hardly any chicken. Just bits of wings. They did do it again but still not much better. Other food was average. Sadly we won't go back. I don't understand the big difference since November.

Beach front rooms with nice views over the beach. Rooms tastefully designed. A/c TV. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Family run and we met numerous other guests who have come back over many years. Restaurant is great also. Seafood bbq delicious.

Do not go here. We asked to be seated in beach chairs and the staff said yes as long as you buy drinks. So we did and then the male staff harassed us to leave as soon as we bought drinks demanding we order food straight away. Really rude and aggressive and yelled that at us that he had to make money. Avoid this place. horrible staff!!!

We have only spent one night at the hotel, and it was really bad. they gave us a special rate, since we came in the afternoon and we paid "only" $80 The room was poor, but we the problem was - when we came at night there was no water to shower nor electricity. we woke up really early to go to the airport and had no shower or battery in our phones. we asked them to give us a refund for the damage - they refused.

We stayed here for one night as the place was a joke from the start. I should of known when they wanted cash for two nights up front - Im glad I only paid for one! We thought it looked ok on first impression but that soon changed. On closer inspection we realised the rooms had not been cleaned for a while. The fridge was disgusting! then the room door would not lock then the AC stopped working! I went to go have a shower and the shower door was broken with the shower leaking from the bottom of it all over the bathroom! We complained and were met with annoyance rather than apology! They asked us to move into another room which was just as bad - we didn't even try to use the shower as water was coming up through the floor of the bathroom which smelled disgusting! The booking said free wifi but they took the wifi unit away at night!! Don't waste your money, there are nicer places here for a lot less money!

Me and some friends stayed here for almost a week. The rooms are pretty and clean. Service and staff is amazing. Would definitely go back to this place. The staff was at our service right away. Had a great stay. We ate some great seafood at the hotel. I really recommend this hotel.

I had a couple of cocktails here and we had dinner here once. I had mojitos and unfortunately all of them had a whole bunch of lime seeds in them, not very tasteful when they pop in your mouth through the straw. Dinner was not so nice. Pasta was poorly cooked and the cuttlefish in the pasta was extremely dry. My barracuda was actually cooked very well, not dry at all. Too bad it was very tasteless... Of course your sitting on the beach so let's not complain too much. Kind of nice, kind of not, but not special when it comes to the food and drinks.
