Die Lage war super direkt in der innenstadt und im Geschehen

Die Ausstattung war Recht mager noch nicht mal eine Käsereibe habe ich bis jetzt in Italien noch nicht erlebt in einem Apartment. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage was es glaub ich im Sommer relativ heiß macht dort

Zentrale Lage

Das Apartment sollte in unseren Augen mal etwas renoviert werden: -leichter Schimmel im Bad + lockere Türklinke -Schlafsofa gab bei jeder bewegung geräusche von sich -Küche Holz an vielen Stellen aufgequollen

Posizione ottima

Mancanza di manutenzione nel monolocale: è necessario sostituire alcune lampade e si segnala anche una carenza di stoviglie. La pulizia dell’appartamento è molto carente, soprattutto nella zona cucina. In particolare, il tappeto presente in quest’area risulta sporco e potenzialmente pericoloso, in quanto può causare inciampi. il corridoio di ingresso adiacente al monolocale oltre ad essere sporco si sente anche un cattivo odore nauseante.
