Rooms were comfortable

There is no reception desk as such...you walk through a pub to a door that has a computer behind it,then a human checks you in ,in the stairwell up to the accomodation...strange access.

"I am happy with the room, location, staff, food and drinks!"

The family studio was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had free drinks in the bar! Thank you! Our dinner at the hotel was yummy and my sons were full. Michelle was a very helpful staff.

It would be better if there was an elevator. Overall, our stay was awesome!

"Stayed there twice, once with the family in the big room and it was perfect then once on my own in a normal room and it"

Second time I’ve stayed there, been great both times with the family and once on my own. Comfortable clean bed, big bathroom and easy location

Some bottled water in the room fridge would be good
