The seasonal pool will be open from May to September. Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM.Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the bed & breakfast prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 3 children 18 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). "Excellent stay in Sutton House"

Very friendly B&B, beautiful old world house tastefully decorated with patchwork quilts in each bedroom. The breakfast is freshly cooked each morning and is different each day. Tea, coffee and baked sweet treats available in the living room for guests to help themselves. The location at the side of the lake and within a short drive of a great hiking area is excellent. We highly recommend Sutton House.

Guests with mobility difficulties would need to know this is a 3 storey house with no lift.

"Beautiful historic home with comfortable room and wonderful breakfast"

Well kept and beautiful, worth great staff and delicious breakfast in a lovely setting. Thais is a great hostess.

It is close to the road, so some traffic voice starting about 5:30am. And we were expecting more from Center Harbor; most restaurants were closed by mid-October.

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming."

Location was great. Close to Harts Turkey Farm. Breakfast was nice. Generous portions. Only one comment on breakfast, I would not serve Kielbasa.

Traffic noise and a visitor above that thumped when walking. They were quiet at night.

"A beautiful B&B with a view"

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in the company of a long lost friend! Everything about this place was wonderful. The antiques, the wonderful breakfast. The owner was amazing and we cannot wait to return.
