The seasonal pool will be open from May to September. Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM.Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the bed & breakfast prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 3 children 18 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Great location in the quiet town of Center Harbor on Lake Winnipesaukee. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. Close to some great dining, great getaway for the weekend. We will certainly return.

Thais ( the Innkeeper) and her staff are second to none! My wife and I stayed at Sutton Home for my birthday and we were both blown away by the condition of the property and how willing the staff was to go out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible! The Chef, Sally made the most wonderful breakfast for us each morning and stuck around long enough to have a friendly conversation. All in all, we his place is a SOLID 10/10, especially if you like historical homes with incredible hospitality! Thanks again Thais! We can’t wait to come back!

"An excellent home away from home!"

The location was brilliant, we walked down to the lake and around the neighbourhood and loved the hostess, who was warm and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious.
