Unforgettable experience. The staff were really conscious about each guest’s experience. The restaurants, Campfire, Jacuzzi Bath tub Mini Theatre so well maintained and rooms kept spotlessly clean. Well trained staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The Hotel was so sufficient and a great place to meet, eat and relax.Lovely room, great facilities and very courteous and helpful staff. Strongly recommend it! We always stay here as we love the location. The facility has a nice .Kidz Zone , Very kids friendly too.Quick and Great Stayover. The level of service and care from the staff and manager was wonderful. They were very attentive and helpful. Arranging transportation to the Kodai Lake & Bus Stand was easy and fast. It was a short stay over and a great visit. The location is a short 5-10min from the Kodai Bus Stand and is close to many areas to explore. Highly recommend

Car parking is very bad, high risk to park the car in a slope.

Location was good. Breakfast was late but good.

No hot water in the shower. Most of the time no one was at reception. My landline phone was not working. And staff was very loud at night, playing home theatre at maximum volume and running through the corridors. I was able to sleep once their employees slept:

Did not receive a good room even though we booked long time ago. Allotted us the worst rooms, and even after trying to check in the evening, room was not ready. The tap in the wash basin of one room was leaking, and rooms were very small. So, after wandering for some time, we moved to another nearby hotel which was far better than this. Service is not good. Only one person in the reception was doing everything. Did not see other staff.
