Breakfast was really good and healthy. Beds were comfortable.

The wooden floor was sticky, when I wiped it with wet wipes they were dark and dirty with dust and hair.

I had never stayed at an Element before & was looking for a Marriott hotel with a kitchenette. We were here for a week for my daughter’s tennis tourn. From check-in to check out, the customer service experience was seamless. Michael, at the front desk was always friendly & helpful. The breakfast staff was always smiling & friendly. The breakfast was a cool experience, as well. I love the layout & the “made to order” style breakfast. The happy hour was an unexpected bonus. David (I think), was super friendly & accommodating. An awesome experience all around.
