اغلب الإضاءات لاتعمل بعض الغرف فيها اتجاه قبله وبعضها لا وبعض الغرف فيها سجادات صلاه وبعضها لا كذلك الازعاج في الممرات ليلا كما ان الشراشف بها رائحة غير مستحبه وكريهه كذلك أجهزه التحكم عن بعد للمكيف لاتعمل

Location was not bad

First day they cleaned the room without clearing the toilet garbage. The bin was not cleared through my stay. First day also they cleaned the room they left the dirty mug on the same place. The hotel was too noisy that I had to call the receptionist for two nights to solve the issue and I had to get our of my room to alert the people to reduce their voices. One morning I had the DND sign on and a mole house keeping staff walked into the room claiming that he had forgotten to put towels after he cleaned the room although the room was not cleaned in the morning I had requested the cleaning to be done after 1 pm. One toilet drawer was rusty

The AC is verry Good and more comfortable of the room

Since we have free upgrade, they didnt grant our request, thank you
