Great hotel and good value for money.

My booking advertised free breakfast, and I booked for 3 guests. When I tried to have breakfast with my family, the staff informed me that only 1 breakfast was included. This was misleading and should have been clearly stated at the time of booking. Greater transparency regarding breakfast inclusions would help avoid confusion and disappointment for future guests.

Mini fridge was small. Unable to fit all items in the fridge so had to use cooler for things that didnt fit

The beds were hard. I had back problems every morning. Our trash was taken put twice and when we came back one afternoon, our room door was open. Luckily, nothing was stolen but that won't be the case if it happens again to someone else. Also, one time when they came to take towels, they left a whole pile by the bathroom and we also had to ask for more towels.

I loved the layout of the room, esp. the bathroom. Towels were easy to reach from the shower. I also liked the main room. Having the couch plus a chair at the table is so helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked and was quiet. The Bistro was nice and we enjoyed that on the second morning, using our savings coupon.

Even though the Bistro was available, we were used to having breakfast included. That's just a minor issue!

My favorite place to stay. Although they recently started implementing $8.99 daily parking fees.
