The motel was very welcoming, the flowers really make the location attractive. My room are clean, spotless in fact. The bath has a nice tiled look to it. A larger than normal fridge. A very good value for visiting Sussex County. Each room has an outside with two chairs and table for enjoying the cooler evening.

Hi, this proprietor is doing a great job. This motel was charming, the rooms were clean and renovated. My husband is picky and he was happy here. Sussex is a pleasant town, we were here for a music festival but we might come back just to stay here again. Really nice to find a classic motel in good shape with good prices.

There were smokers nearby who kept an ashtray with butts outside.

Your motel was perfect for our needs. The outside surrounding area is beautiful. The decorations inside the room was very nice. We go to the Sussex Fair grounds every year for cattle shows. We recommended your place to several of our cattle friends. We will be back. Thank you for the quality of the room and the convenience of arrival.
