We had a lovely stay at La Quinta Fort Stockton. The room was comfortable and the bathroom fantastic. The friendly staff and the laundry facility were great additions.

The hotel’s view isn’t great; it’s a wasteland.

"Durchaus auch führ mehrere Tage geeignet"

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu. Leider hat man beim Bau des Hauses an den Fenstern gespart, sie sind nicht zu öffnen, also Belüftung nur über die dafür zu laute Klimaanlage. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung sehr gut. Mikrowelle, kleine Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, TV, 1 kl. Sessel + Beistelltisch und relativ groß war unser Zimmer auch. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist auch ausreichend. Zum Big Band NP sind es mit dem Auto ca. 2h). In Fort Stockten selbst ist nicht viel los.

Am zweiten Abend hat eine Hotelgast gegen 23:30Uhr wohl Popkorn in der. Mikrowelle gemacht und das zu lange. Der Ganze Flur und natürlich die Zimmer rochen danach. Da das Fenster nicht zu öffnen ist,mußten wir mit dem „Duft“ schlafen. Am 2. Morgen war früh kein Kaffee mehr da (07:00 Uhr) und Toastscheiben waren auch nur wenige vorhanden.

Clean and friendly. Almost all USB ports worked. Great restaurant list at check-in time. Large-enough mini-fridge. Elevator. New (2020) built. Comfortable bed

Ice maker broken on 2nd floor, missing drinking water faucet in lobby. Breakfast I would give it a 8 (great eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage was not so good). The breakfast area was promptly closed at 9 (or 9:30) am. Could not get inside to get a even a couple of napkins prior to heading out.
