Looked like a new facility.

Good try on the dog area, but it was beat up and the gate left a big gap from the fence and my dog just shimmied right out. Most were using the grassy areas behind the building. Also, the lights at the sides of the bed were not working. I did report that to management.

Did not eat. Too upset

The lighting was awful in the entire room, especially the bathroom. My mom did her make-up in the shower for the light. You needed to get into the shower to turn on the faucet which was not marked H or C. Light switches are little black buttons on a dark brown backing. The desk had little to no light. I left the curtains open so I could see. The bathroom mirror had basically no light. Totally frustrating getting ready in the morning
