Pine Point Inn & Suites

For the price I guess you get what you pay for. Rooms were not clean, bed comforter had burnt holes in it. Fridge was rusty & had odor. Bed was not comfortable at all. Was way to soft. Drawers in dresser wasn't clean, had all kinds of crude in it. I did not enjoy this stay at all. While I was there felt so dirty like couldn't wait to get home & take a hot shower.

We didn’t stay. Hotel was dirty and had a sketchy feel. Couldn’t understand the clerk. He me to give him my PIN number. Wanted a $100 deposit on the room. We chose to leave.

It's a no frills motel. For the price paid it was in good condition. Not the fanciest sheets and comforter, but not uncomfortable. TV had no remote, but I've got legs. Didn't try the continental breakfast (lobby was covid closed).

The picture showed a kitchenet with a cooktop. I only had a mini fridge and a microwave. No cooktop! I was hoping to do my French press coffee in the morning. Everything else was great!

I was traveling and got tired of driving and stopped here. It was easy to get in and out. Hotel is a little older but the room had everything and did the job.

Hair dryer didn’t work, plug in coming apart. Lid on coffee pot was broke.

The hotel room was not bad although. We got the place because it was pet friendly and paid $25 a night for the dog. We wanted to extend our stay and was told we could then was told they weren't supposed to have fogs there. We relocated to another hotel for an additional 5 days with our dog. Overall it wasnt a bad place. Not sure if we had a communication issue or what happened but all turned out ok.

we checked in, went to a local restaurant to eat and then left. When we pulled in the parking lot there were several people gathering in the parking - smoking and drinking - I did not feel safe at all to stay there with my son. I dropped off the keys and went to another hotel. the front desk highly secured - lobby was locked, we stayed in the vestibule and safety glass between us and the hotel staff

Great place to stay ,every time im in town i stay here it’s quite and away from the city !

This is an older property run that is not part of chain and is reasonably priced. As such, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness. Better than expected for that type of property. I was disappointed by a couple large issues. I got the room with a kitchenette cause I wanted to bring and cook my own food during my stay. The kitchenette had big whole under the counter where there was suppose to be a refrigerator! There was no refrigerator there or in the room. The microwave would overheat at the 6 minute mark and then need 20 minutes to cool before turning back on. Lastly, the blankets on the bed had spots were all the fuzziness had come off them and you could see through those spots though not quite wholes yet. The one chair at the table was very unsturdy, wobbly, like it might collapse under weight. Yet, like I said, the room was surprisingly clean. So I might consider staying there again in spite of its short comings.
