Pine Point Inn & Suites

We had stayed at this property previously and been pleased overall. However this time, despite advertising on their hotel sign for continental breakfast, there was not anything, and not even a coffeemaker in the room. The ice machine was broken. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths available. Remote control did not work.

RUN! This place was so old and VERY outdated. It even had a vibrating coin slot machine. The bed had foam like blankets with stains. The shower curtain had blood stains. Not worth $75 not even worth staying for free.

The motel refused to honor the Expedia reservation. Getting any help from Expedia was fruitless. I was on a service chat for over an hour, and solved nothing.

Zero amenities, ancient mattress, poor water pressure.

Check in too forever even with a reservation. Kinda annoying especially after 16 hrs of work and 1 hour to get there.

Nice suite room, comfortable bed. Fridgerator was a nice size.

Found dead spider in the bed, hair was in the bathroom floor, shower wall was separating from wall and had a gap of over an inch, tv reception was horrible. Hotel review was 2.5 stars not even close!!!

Everything was fine except the phone hand set didnt work it had alot of static called the front desk with my cell to let them know about it.
