Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding my recent 2-night stay at your hotel. While I expected a professional service, I was shocked to find several unreasonable charges on my final bill. Firstly, the parking fee of $39 per night is excessively high. However, my main grievance lies with a $31 charge for television services. My 6-year-old daughter was using the TV and, being a child, she was unaware that clicking certain options would incur a fee. At no point was there a clear notification or a requirement for adult authorization/password before these charges were applied. Charging such a significant amount without any prior warning or transparency is completely unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of the $31 TV charge immediately. Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved fairly and the amount is not credited back to me, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience by leaving a 1-star review on all travel platforms and social media sites. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and rectify the situation promptly to maintain your reputation. I look forward to your immediate response.
