ViV, Wonderful hotel, Excellent service, amazing front desk team! The associate who welcomed me upon arrival, Ms. Marissa, was truly one of the best front desk professionals I have ever encountered. She was warm, smiling, courteous, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to her work. My sincere thanks also go to Ms. Michelle, the Head of Housekeeping, whose team delivered outstanding daily housekeeping service with great attention to detail. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Leo from the bell service team for his excellent assistance and professionalism. This hotel and its incredible staff have given me one of the finest hospitality experiences I have ever had. "Beware of being charged for room damage. Horrible communication."

Beware of billing issues. Take inventory the moment you get into the room of anything they could blame you for breaking. The stay was fine until we received our bill and noticed a charge for $250 for room damage. My daughter noticed there was a crack in one of the lamps but it was working normally so we did not bother to report it as an issue. In all of the excitement of being on a family trip, we didn't think we needed to take an inventory of every inch of the room. But now we know management does not respond to phone calls and when my wife called and finally got to speak to someone after multiple attempts they said "oh, I'm busy, I'll need to have a manager call you in 15 minutes." That call never happened. So she called the next day and was given an email address. We both have emailed the manager and no response. This is the type of damage that they could charge customers for each time and not have to repair. And I see other reviews here stating similar experiences so I thought I'd add to the reviews so maybe others will not be burdened with the billing issue that feels like a scam.
