Room has fungus smel everywhere smells weirdl! No facilities. Our room didn't have a kitchen. The kitchen upstairs just had 1 stove and 1 small pan.

El servicio estuvo siempre al pendiente y fueron atentos. El lugar es amplio y fácil dw estacionarse. La habitación es amplia pero las camas son algo incómodas y el hecho que no puedas ajustar el aire acondicionado hace que la noche sea incomoda. La regadera no tiene presión y es difícil bañarse

Location was convenient as we had a car

We booked two rooms and received confirmation of our notice of when we would be arriving at property. We were told to advise host 10 minutes from arrival. Upon arrival, no further communication from host. The neighbouring business permitted the 71 yr old guest to wait inside only after she needed to stand in the hot sun for over 1 hour, even though she had reservation in hand, and confirmation from host of arrival time. No Washer and Dryer as advertised No cutlery in kitchen No toilet paper No opportunity to replace or clean towels Water comes out from under shower door flooding bathroom floor (no floor mat so needed to need to use one towel. (We had to share the wet, second towel.) Cleaned up dripping water several times from water dispenser in hall Pillows are horrible and “sandy” sheets A/C power is controlled by button on wall, with preset temperature. A/C unit automatically shuts off after 20 minutes. One needs to repeatedly hit button to restart every20 minutes. No instructions on how to unlock the gate from inside {White button) Met another guest at the front door the second afternoon who had a booking.com reservation in hand and also was unable to get any phone, text or email response from host.

Es un buen lugar que se adapta a lo que necesité de estancia, pero ya sabían cuantos éramos (4) y solo pusieron dos toallas en la habitación/ esa habitación sería mejor con puerta normal del baño (cristal) las bisagras alguna vez podrían quebrarse y quedar regado pezados por el piso/ me gustó mucho lo privado que es, no parece un lugar para hospedarse (cuando no quieres ser molestado por ejemplo)

Instructions for check-in were poor and if one fellow customer wouldnt have given us whatsapp contact of the staff i don’t know how we had gotten in. Unnecessary many codes were needed. Bathroom was smelly, otherwise cleanliness was fine.

It is just a normal room, it is a bit expensive for what you get... it is clean tho ... nothing fancy, I just wanted for sleeping basically as I was not to spend the day there.

I didn't get the instructions and passwords to get in even though I asked them quiet few hours before, I spent a couple of hours out there waiting to let me in, they never picked my calls at all, communication was beyond poor, it was so frustrating. The following days the passwords expired and they never let me know so every time I get there I couldn't come in so I had to text them to request a new password and usually they don't see the messages so you have to await for long.... it is just ridiculous.
