"An apartment house with a lot of security."

Very secured parking lot and rooms. (4 locked doors to enter the room!) Room #1 was very large compared to other rooms.

Can be noisy since some windows are facing a busy street. Need to share one refrigerator with other clients.

El hotel no existe, llegue a la dirección y no hay ninigun hotel. Hablé al teléfono y nadie contestó . Que debo hacer para que me reembolsen mi dinero ??

"Not a Hotel"

The property was convenient to the highway. Parking was secure and the room had extra blankets. There was a common kitchen available and laundry facilities (we did not use; wish we had known before hand)

There is no on-sight staff and check-in is automated. One must have a code to get into a lockbox to get a set of keys that allows them to unlock the gate to get into the property, another gate to get into the courtyard, a code to get into the building and key to the room. Had it not been for another resident coming in who contacted the owner and walked us through the process we would not have gotten in. The owner uses WhatsAp for texting. It would be good to have all this information before arriving. All rooms are upstairs. Once we contacted the owner he was responsive.

"We had a great time in this place and I highly recommend it. I think is a good bargain and travelers with a modest budge"

The check in was easy and the people in charge of taking care of the building are super nice. The place is secure, Clean, comfortable beds, love having washer and dryer inside the building, secure parking, quiet, near OXXO, pharmacy/market Guadalajara is across street, and just few blocks away one of the best Mexican bakeries. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

We liked everything. Probably the only missing thing was a coffee maker.
