Had a few ups and downs as we had to change rooms but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were so thankful for that. Amenities were good. The greatest part was the location and convenience in the city. Right in front of Queen Emma Bridge which is a main attraction in the city.

I got a room with view on the bridge, that was awesome. Early in the morning I could walk to Punda crossing the bridge or by the boat. The service was good at the reception as well were breakfast is served.

The customer service was amazing. Its in walking distance of a mall, food places and a grocery are literally next door and its directly across from the Queen Emma bridge
