Brion City Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Great location and good for a few parking in the back. Continental breakfast was nice as was the pool. Staff was wonderful. Room had great view but very basic with a lot of open space, a bed very large luggage bench, and single chair with makeshift wall desk, could have been made cozier. Rainshower was a nice thought but wasted so much water with unecessary pressure and extra front nozzles. Overall it was good value for short stay.

We liked the hotel since it had a good location from tourist options and night life. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area is improvement are the staff service when you arrive helping you with the luggage, you have to transport it yourself, the air conditioner in the room leaked water, and the breakfast was good but not great, needs to include a variety of frout, eggs, hams and meats. I'm general, I would stay again in this hotel.

Overall Disappointing Stay at Brion City Hotel My stay at the Brion City Hotel was unfortunately marred by a few significant issues. Upon checking in, I was shocked to discover blood stains on the bed sheets. While the staff promptly replaced them, this was a highly unpleasant start to my visit. The breakfast buffet, though well-intentioned, left much to be desired. The scrambled eggs were consistently filled with bits of eggshell, making each bite a gamble. Additionally, the butter supply ran out on my first day and was not replenished for the remainder of my stay, leaving me with dry toast for breakfast. While these issues may seem minor, they significantly impacted my overall experience at the Brion City Hotel. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve their service standards.

Check in was at 3:00pm however we waited in the lobby area until 3:20pm because the room wasn’t ready. 20 minutes may seem short but we were there since 1:00pm because we had a morning flight. We had been flying since 3:00am. When we got to the room it wrenched of Clorox cleaning chemical. The TV channels did not work. Whatever you do, don’t stay on the 1st floor near to the breakfast area. Every morning at around 5:30-6:00 the staff would make a lot of noise taking breakfast supplies to the breakfast area. It was very disturbing. The location was good and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Finding the parking area for guests was a bit difficult but thankfully, Mellissa assisted me in finding the correct parking area without any hesittation. She was kind and always willing to help. Stepfany was also great with answering questions and she is very pleasant. Mellissa and Stepfany both made the experience better! The hotel is centrally located and it was very easy to walk to places.
