"My trip to cave city"

The people there were friendly, the customer service guy was very cool and polite, the checkout lady was very friendly and helpful

The gps wasn't giving me the proper location, it wasn't on the main street like the address said.

"Horrifying and only reason we stayed was it was non-refundable and we didn’t have the money to go elsewhere."

"Terible dirty motel and not what the pictures claim it is."

This is the worst motel I have ever seen. checked in and went to room, Room was DIRTY and bugs in bathroom. Immediate checked out. Even though it says free cancellation, I am fighting with credit card company for the charges after I was told they would credit my account. PIGSTY, what ever you do don't stay there. the place is terible, nothing like the pictures on the website and internet. City should close it down.
