When we went to take a shower there was no hot water. Went to desk, no one answered the door. It was 10 am before anyone showed up and they had a disconnect notice for water on door. I ask for a refund for the night I paid for and they wouldn’t give it to me. We did not even have a lamp in the room or a chair. I travel a lot and have never had such poor service.phkne numbers I called was never answered

The owner is great, the property is great, but the front desk clerk was Terri ly UNprofessional snd took my husband to her house to spend the night while I was away at work . I think she is representing OYO when she is there and that was a very inappropriate and unacceptable thing for her to do . KATELYN is her name.

Room was not ready at check-in time of 3pm. Was asked to come back in an hour or two. Upon entering the room was very disappointed as our room was nothing like advertised. Mattress on a platform, barely a foot from the ground. Wifi did not work in the room only in front of the entrance or inside.No mini fridge or coffee pot in the room. Tried to shower around 7pm and the water would not heat up, asked about the issue and again was told to wait a couple hours because the hotel's permanent tenants were all getting home from work and showering and there was only a 50 gallon water heater for the entire hotel. At 7 AM we went to the lobby for the free breakfast however the lights were off inside and the door was locked. Again at 9AM when we were ready to leave the lobby was empty and the door locked. Called the after hours number posted on the door multiple times with no answer. Had to return at 11AM to return the room key. The only plus to staying here was that the security deposit of $100 was refunded 48 hours after check out

Not enough hot water ! Lol But still great value!

I arrived at this property at 10:30 pm after driving 8 hrs. There was a bright neon “OPEN” sign that was illuminated, a number to call after 3 pm and a Ring doorbell for night service. The office was locked, the voicemail attached to the phone number didn’t ring and was full and the Ring doorbell didn’t work. I stood at the front door for 10 mins with no help. I called OYO customer service who said I arrived too late and gave me another number to call that was also not ringing and voicemail full. I sat in my car for another 25 to book a room somewhere else. I stopped by the property the next day to speak to someone about a refund and was greeted by a guy who was sitting at the table with two others and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to ask if he worked there and he said yes. I explained my situation and he said everything was closed because there were no vacancies. I had a paid reservation, drove 8hrs from MI just to be left in the dark about what was going on, given the run around from customer service and greeted with a defensive employee who didn’t care. I do not recommend this location!

Orbitz had a room option the motel didn’t have, we didn’t have enough room for our family to sleep. I’m waiting for a refund. The staff was kind and the place looked clean on the outside.

Room is okay for the price. Could use some maintenance. Staff is friendly. Booked as OYO, but sign says Countryside. GPS doesn't take you to the correct location.

Reserved 2 rooms a week ahead of time showed up and only one was available and when we tried to check out we stood outside the office for at least 45 minutes trying to get someone to come let us check out
