OYO Hotel Cave City KY

The property was clean, the air conditioner was great, and a hot shower after getting caught in a storm was perfect. The check in and out process needs some attention but the lady was friendly and knowledgeable.

couldn;t get tv or internet Beds were low to the ground and mattresses were sagging once you were on one. Also there wasn't any table in the room or chair or desk.

This was a terrible experience! I stay in lots of places because we travel frequently. This was by far the wort hotel I've ever been in. The hotel smells of Marijuana and tobacco. The hotel said they are keeping my deposit because of smoke smells in the room. We absolutely did not smoke anything in the room! This is outrageous to do this to good people. Someone called the police on someone last night, and they think it was us, but it wasn't! Drug trafficking and other illegal activities are this hotels clients. If you don't do drugs, drink, or smoke, please stay away from here. They only want the rifraft ! They will try to steal your money through the deposit and false allegations. I had to call the police when they were trying to make us leave early. Never again would I step foot anywhere near here again! This is a disgrace!

When traveling to or through Cave City, I highly recommend a stay at this place! I was very impressed. Newly renovated, immaculately clean, this hotel is managed efficiently with gracious warmth. The hotel inviting, the staff welcoming! Management pleasantly welcomes guests as if he has known them for years! I stayed in this affordable hotel during a trip to Cave City and returned again. Upon my arrival for my second visit, I was made to feel as if I returned home! Very affordable, clean, pleasant, friendly…definitely OYO is Home Away From Home.

The location was good to be close to mammoth cave.

The desk manager wasn't there ... no one answered the office phone. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up. Didn't get the room we reserved. The room had only one light in it. No lamps. Had to ask for clean towels after the second day. No one cleaned the room while we were there.

Ran out of toilet paper & couldnt get ahold of anyone to get more. Couldnt check out until well after 8:30.

It was clean and the staff was awesome!
