very rude staff; NOTHING in the room - not even a soap; noise all night long; they did not respect privacy and knocked on my door prior to check out time. Overall - don't stay there.

First of all, if you're looking in this price range, you know what you're looking for. My 4 and 5 ratings are based on said price range--this is a place to sleep and not more. Given that, the bed was comfortable, the Internet worked, and the water was warm and at high pressure. There was some confusion at check in because I'd booked two rooms through Expedia and they assumed it was a duplicate, but we worked that out in the moment. There also was not a mini-fridge in the room the first night, but when we returned from being out all day, they'd put one in there without me having to ask. The staff were friendly and didn't mind my kids and I playing soccer and throwing tennis balls in the parking lot. We were here for a day at Mammoth Cave, and if you just need a place to sleep between doing other things, I recommend this place.

My husband and I came from Ontario, Canada to do some caving. This motel was conveniently located for all of our adventures. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the friendly staff. During our stay we always said hi and talked about our adventure that day. They were super friendly and accommodating. The room was good. It isn't fancy but you're choosing to stay at a motel so set your expectation! We would stay here again if we are back in Kentucky adventuring! You're also close to a gas station, some restaurants, alcohol store. Honestly, worth it.

I liked that they staff was very friendly and sociable, very accommodating, The room was clean and tidy and smelled fresh. The only thing that I wished that there was a refrigerator. I would definitely stay again at this motel.

This is an older area. But the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Nice room for traveler on a budget.

The property is not the same in the pictures it smelled strongly of smoke we had to keep the door open because of the smell. We got 1 towel and wash cloth for 2 people they charged us a $100 deposit on site and said it was refundable and still have not recieved it back. The hours the operate are not the same as the ones posted on the door. We had to waiy until 8:30 to return keys and then called multiple times to try and see where to leave the keys and the lady that finally answered after 10 times of calling and mailbox being full said to leave keys in the room
