FIThe place was amazing, view and the ocean.
It was not value for money when one night was over 300 euros. We were waiting luxury but it was far from it. The wooden floors are in very poor condition and look dirty, the balcony was dirty and there was a lot of bird dropping, the windows were dirty and in rooms was a lot of dust. Kitchen doors was dirty, same the owen. We asked to use the sauna but it was so dirty that we couldn't use it. The windows were broken and full of splashes. We look outside jacuzzi and we were happy we didn't rent it (see pic). We have been misled with old pictures and information Buvik Sea Lodge.

Our Buvik Sea Lodge experience was perfect. Espen Bystad offered all facilities we needed. He is the best hotel CEO I have ever met. Humanity is the foremost in his character. We could not forget his surprises. After completing our trip, we heard that Turkiye hit by two powerful earthquakes. Espen wrote to my husband and expressed condolences. It is very kind human behaviour.

TWThe apart is comfortable, clean and beautiful. The view is amazing. It’s the best place to see the north light with beautiful view. The host Espen is always kind to help and provide any information. We truly enjoy the time there, and hard to say goodbye to everything here.

ATWe got to see the northen lights, at the front door. Great location to view. And just down the road you are in the middle of nowhere, ideal as there is NO light pollution. We loved it there, and would recommend to anyone wishing to get away to a sweet and quiet apartment. Plus the wood fire sauna on the waterfront was great.
The access to restaurants and supermarkets is some distance away. But this isn't a deal breaker. Just plan ahead and all is ok.
