Challis Roadhouse

Blinds were broken and did not cover whole window, rugs badly worn, walls in bad shape(scratches all over, marked up), bathroom walls badly caulked, toilet seat about 150 yrs old, entire place needs a MAJOR workover. Pizza place has no pizza, bar only.

Everyone very friendly in this town, they make you feel like ole friends. Pizza was very good. Breakfast is so good right next-door. We msy move here. Even saw 2 deer in front on Motel.

Comfortable, clean and affordable. Towels need to be added for a two person stay in one room. Would stay here again.

Did not have our reservation, gave us a different room. Bed was broken and toilet didn't work.

Everything was great. Its the only place i stay when in challis

The owner was friendly and very helpful. She took me to the room and showed me where the room was and how the lock worked. She was very busy but took the time to answer all my questions and needs.

Older hotel but very clean, employees were awesome!! Loved having the restaurant & bar in the same building also. Great food & service

The toilet overflowed all the way into the carpet weren’t able to shower so it was a total disappointment won’t be going there again

Check in was in the bar and we were checked in by the bartender who wrote our credit card number on the back of our check in information "for accidental damages". Room smelled of smoke. Fixed the toilet myself as it would not flush (chain was rusted off so I used a pair of pliers to temporarily fix the problem). Carpet was filthy and sticky. A bat flew into the room as we were loading up the car to leave....yes a bat. Informed the lady in the bar about the bat as we checked out so that we would not be charged "for accidental damages" from the bat.
