"Profiling desk clerk"

Very clean and quiet..Breakfast was good

I told the desk clerk when I checked in that my other room mate, which I paid for, would be com ing in later . When they arrived they were told they c I uld not come in and had to leave because they were homeless by the male desk clerk with the long ponytail. I wasn't informed of this till the next day after I checked out

Location was prime. Room was remodeled well. Room was spacious and a great value for the amenities. Beds was comfy.

Bed pillows were a bit hard. Would have preferred polyester fill instead as well as 2 full size pillows instead of the second pillow being half size. Elevators could use a cleaning refresh.

"Nice, clean and comfortable"

Breakfast was nice, beds comfortable.

Rooms were tiny. No place to sit except the beds. Pet fee was very pricy.
