"It would have been absolutely wonderful if not for the refrigerator."

I was more than pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the decor and comfort were wonderful. The coffee station and microwave were a nice touch. It would have been perfect if not for the below mentioned issue.

The refrigerator kept me from sleeping. It made popping noises and sounded like it was filling with water and then would sound like a B52 getting ready for takeoff before it settled down. The quiet time was not long enough before the whole process started again. If they have never been told of the issue. They wouldn't be aware as it doesn't sound as noisy during the day. I told the front desk when I checked out.

BED BUGS. ROOM 116 HAS BED BUGS. My family and I stayed here one night and I woke up with several bites on my stomach, arms, and chest. I have experience with bed bugs and know exactly what the bites feel and look like. I feel like an idiot because I noticed some faint dark marks on the comforter on my pull-out sofa but thought they might have been mascara stains. Wishful thinking and denial because I desperately didn't want it to be true and just wanted a good night's sleep. I also thought it was a good sign that the mattress was covered in plastic. What a fool I've been. The presence of the plastic wrap proves that the hotel knows there is a bug issue but negligently still books guests in the room. I feel so disgusting and regret not trusting my instincts. ROOM 116 HAS BED BUGS.

Needed a place to stay while on a long road trip. Pulled in at 9pm and was able to get a room. Booking was fast and easy. Room was pretty large and in good condition. I got up early and the breakfast was better than most. Attendant was very friendly and helpful
