"Ein schöner Wellnessbereich"

Der Wellnessbereich hat mir, uns sehr gut gefallen: die zwei recht großen Schwimmbecken, der große Whirlpool, die Saunen, die Schaukelstühle. Die Aussicht auf den Schwarzwald war - mit Ausnahme der Bundesstraße - sehr schön. Der Rundweg hat uns auch gefallen. Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut, doch die Auswahl à la carte sehr begrenzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die nahe Bundesstraße hat man im Zimmer und auch bei dem Rundweg gehört, glücklicherweise fuhren nicht so viele Autos. Schlafen war dennoch möglich. Unter einem Nationalparkhotel hatten wir mehr Naturidylle erwartet. Uns hat etwas irritiert, dass uns für den ganzen Aufenthalt ein fester Sitzplatz zugewiesen wurde. Die Auswahl à la carte war sehr begrenzt: Bei den Hauptspeisen gab es nur je ein Fleisch-, Fisch- und vegetarisches Gericht. Da hatten wir bei einem 4* Hotel mehr erwartet. Schade war, dass keine Wanderkarten vorhanden waren, und das Personal sich in der Gegend offensichtlich nicht gut auskannte. Die 90° Sauna war schön, doch sehr dunkel.

Der Wellness Bereich und besonders die Wellness Angebote sind sehr gut. Sehr nettes und fachlich kompetentes Personal. Mit Rat und Tat bei besonderen Wünschen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.

Das Essen die Küche könnte besser und vielseitiger sein. Die Zimmer könnten sauberer sein.

Le cadre était splendide, la salle à manger offrant une vue magnifique. Le repas était délicieux et le petit déjeuner excellent. Le spa et la piscine étaient très agréables. Nous avons l'intention d'y retourner.
