Dass das Frühstücksbüffet um 9 Uhr (Frühstück ist bis 10.30 Uhr möglich) schon leer war und es über eine halbe Stunde gedauert hat, dass es halbwegs nachgefüllt war.

Es wäre empfehlenswert am Nachmittag ab 15.00 Uhr, bei voller Terrasse. die Servicekraft, die die Bestellung aufgenommen hat, dann den Kaffee bzw. die Getränke, den Kuchen bzw. andere Speisen in der Bar und Küche zubereitet und anschließend serviert hat mit einer zweiten Servicekraft zu unterstützen. Es war nicht zumutbar auf Kaffee und Kuchen über eine Stunde zu warten.

"Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit grandiosem Fernblick"

Super Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war fantastisch! Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Check-In habe ich mich gleich Willkommen gefühlt.

Die Zimmer mit der Morgensonne sind früh sehr hell, wäre schön wenn man die Zimmer besser verdunkeln könnte. Zimmer über dem Eingang haben abends oft noch lange Musik von der Bar oder man bekommt die oft sehr lauten Rauchergespräche mit.

"Wunderbarer Ort, um sich nach einer Wanderung zu erholen"

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, um zu wandern (Schliffkopf ist wunderschön), Zimmer sind groß, gut ausgestattet, hatten beide einen schönen Balkon, Betten sehr bequem, alles sehr sauber. Essen war köstlich, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der kleine Außenpool mit Liegestühlen eine wunderbare Erfrischung und Wohlfühloase, außerdem gab es einen Innenpool, Whirlpool und Sauna.

Die Straße und die Gäste im Bistro außen waren abends recht laut, nachts war es leise, Hotel ist etwas teuer.

"Organisation, réactive...."

La chambre et les lits très confortable terasse très agréable.

Le personnel qui n est pas réactif au niveau du remplissage du buffet. Quand il manque du pain il faut attendre 15 minutes pour qu il le mette en place 1h 30 pour une simple glace cela n est pas acceptable. L organisation du buffet a revoir avec le personnel ce n est pas possible d attendre aussi longtemps a revoir toute l organisation.
