Very clean and nice and located close to shopping and food

Everything seemed great aside from my friend and I stayed one night and that was almost two weeks ago and they’re still holding a 50$ deposit. Not happy about that.

"AC Hotel in Santa Rosa was a great location for local excursions to wine country."

Great location. Easy to walk to shops, food and train. Also very easy to get to highway.

Parking was not included and was somewhat expensive. The hotel did not offer self-parking, only valet. Since we were in and out a lot, valet didn’t make sense for us. We chose a nearby hourly lot.

"Management is MIA"

The person I booked the room with told me I could use points. After checking out I received an emailed receipt showing points were not used. Instead the credit card on file was used. I called immediately and was told I needed to contact the manager and was given her email address. The manager didn’t respond after 3 days so I called again and was assured I would hear something back by the next day. After 3 days I called again. The next day I got an email from the manager who said she couldn’t help me and basically I didn’t make the reservation the right way.

Modern, centrally located, easily located. Clean and comfortable.

We arrived and got our room, when we opened the door it smelled “used” and once we walked in it hadn’t been cleaned. The housekeeping was already gone for the day it was about 4:00 on a Saturday. They were booked out and only had a double queen room available. It was a disappointment but all in all the stay was nice.
