I was put in a room that wasn't cleaned, or partially cleaned. Bathroom was not cleaned. Body hair in tub and on commode. Dirty floor. The desk clerk did move me to another room that was fine. However, I still had to drag my heavy belongings back down to front desk, and check in for a second time, after a long and exhausting trip.

Front desk clerks were very friendly with warm greetings when we checked in and checked out.

The beds are very comfortable, very close to restaurants and shopping and only 15 mins from a friend's. We definitely will stay here again.

Love the Dove products in the bathroom and I really appreciate being recognized on the tv and when I called the front desk

Our shower curtain was missing. We were brought one after I called the front desk. The breakfast was not as good as usual

Staff was very accommodating, especially the young woman that checked us in, she was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a surprise to us, we’ve never been to a hotel with so many options to choose from. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
