Comfort Suites Broomfield-Boulder-Interlocken

Great value and friendly staff.

"Housekeeping upon request" the amenities section states. I requested housekeeping EVERY morning, total 9 days. One day they only changed the towels, but did not empty the trash or make the bed. 2 days we received no service at all? Indifferent attitude by staff when i complained. Also, the elevator was broken for the whole stay, leaving only one elevator for the building.

The Comfort Suites in Broomfield, Colorado was a very clean and quiet place. Check in was easy. Shannon did a great job of welcoming us. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. All the facilities were clean. There is easy access to all the highways.

Very nice location, room was great for the most part. The tub/shower was not great. Breakfast was good.

In a 4 day stay our key had to be reprogrammed to unlock our door 3 times. None of those times did the staff even apologize, chosing instead to try to make it out that it was our fault. I found that to be terrible customer service. Oh, and only one of the two elevators was working. Not a lot of fun in a 4 story building.

This property is well located, comfortable and affordable. The personnel is super nice and professional. There is plenty of free parking and a strong wifi signal. The only thing I didnot like very much was the fact that the AC unit is a bit loud for me. I am a light sleeper. Other than that it was great

Staff was nice and friendly. Great view from the room. Room was spacious and clean. One elevator was out of order but was not an inconvenience. The power in our room did go out twice while we were there for a 4 night stay.

Very nice room, beds were comfortable and clean. Liked the sitting area, couch had some stains that could be cleaned. Bathroom was nice and clean, like the walk in shower vs tub. Conveniently located and quiet.

The location was great. The rooms were good size and very clean. We loved the layout.
