The place was clean. However all the electricity for the fridge, microwave and coffee maker did not work. All if our food got warm and we had to toss it. Also, the toilet paper holder was off the wall.

Staff is amazing but after unpacking and taking a shower, the shower head broke. We switched rooms just to find out the thermometer was broken so we had to switch rooms again. Not the staffs fault, they are amazing so is the breakfast!!!!

If you enjoy a non-engaged concierge, heavyly processed breakfast, non-existent housekeeping- this is the place for you! My door was stuck, I could not exit my room. I called for help, waited for 45 minutes, nothing. When i called back, they said they were on a conference call and couldn't help me. So she sent a housekeeper. Yes, I looked via the peep hole- she was on her cell phone didn’t even try to help me. So I had to call the fire department, to help me out. The fire department did help me.... the place had the nerve to charge me!
