The outside property was a little worn, but inside the room was upgraded and very clean.

Easy access and great location.

Comfortable

Flooring tiles cracked and broken in elevator and room.

The room and its furnishings were fully up to snuff. The only downsides are: Weak internet that required reentering the passcode multiple time per day. Very high road noise through the window. Little noise supression for neighbor's toilet flushing.

Clean room

Everything was great (we stayed here in May, as well). But at check out I did not receive either a paper receipt or one by email. That is not acceptable.

Nothing bad to say! The bedding is Nice except for the small Square pillows! I just don’t like them.. the room had a Tub with Jets, it was really nice to soak in!! Bring epson salt it’s worth the extra money!!

Location and breakfast was good

One room the shower head fell off and told them that morning and still had to remind them but it didn’t get fixed until that night. The other room had electrical issues where they had to go somewhere to do a circuit breaker. I had to ask to be moved after it happened twice in 12 hours.
